We process your personal data because you have indicated you want to join us as an employee. We do this in order to:

  • Be able to conclude an employment contract with you when we hire you, and implement it
  • Adhere to laws and regulations, such as in the field of wage taxes, tax law, subsidy programmes, etc.

On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • When looking for new candidate employees via external media, we base ourselves on the legitimate interest to approach potential employees for Humares via the appropriate channels until permission can be requested
  • With your application for a specific position, we base ourselves on the necessity to conclude an agreement
  • If you start working for Humares, we will process your data for the implementation of an employment contract or, in case of self-employment, an agreement for an assignment. Even then, there is personal data that is legally required

How long is your personal data stored?

TecqGroep does not save your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data is collected.
If you apply for a specific position with us, we will include you in our database to start working on your application. We process your personal data for as long as the application process is active.

We also comply with laws and regulations, such as the general law on government taxes, the wage tax implementing regulation, etc. The applicable minimum storage periods for these are 7 or 5 years, respectively, after the last day of the calendar year in which you worked for us.

Do we share your personal data with third parties?

TecqGroep does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if strictly necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your data. Humares remains responsible for these processing operations.

How can you view, modify, delete or receive your personal data in digital format?

You have the right to view, modify and delete your personal data and receive it from us in digital format. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Maintec. You can send a request for this to privacy@tecqgroep.com. To verify that it was you who made the request, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with the request. Obscure your photo, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport, the passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and no later than within four weeks.

Once your request has been processed, your passport copy will be deleted.

How do we secure your personal data?

Humares takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via privacy@tecqgroep.com

TecqGroep has taken the following measures, amongst others, to secure your personal data:

  • Use of security software, such as a virus scanner, firewalls
  • TLS (formerly SSL). We transfer your data via a secured Internet connection. This can be seen in the address bar 'https' and the padlock symbol in the address bar
  • DKIM, SPF and DMARC are three Internet standards we use to prevent you receiving e-mails in our name that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) details

How do we deal with personal data of persons under the age of 16?

Our website and/or service does not have the intention to collect data about website visitors who are below the age of 16. However, we are unable to check whether a visitor is over the age of 16. Therefore, we encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of data without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that permission, please contact us via privacy@tecqgroep.com and we will remove this information.

Do we have automated decision-making?

TecqGroep does not make automated processing decisions about things that have (significant) consequences for people. This concerns decisions made by computer programmes or systems without intervention of a TecqGroep employee.
